1 Call Property Maintenance Ltd are a family run business based in Aberdeen. We are a one-stop shop for first class property maintenance . We are a leading property maintenance company, Covering From Dundee to Inverness providing quality service and Technical Engineer to various sectors which include, retail, commercial, offices, leisure and Residential properties.

We are looking for a Finance / Administration Assistant to join our teams with immediate effect.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer telephone
  • Logging Job on our bespoke system
  • Filing
  • Raise purchase orders in system for materials
  • Process Purchase invoices
  • Process Sales Invoices
  • Photo coping / scanning

Skills\Experience required

  • Excellent communication skills with a good telephone manner
  • Computer skills knowledge of using E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel.

Job Type: Permanent

COVID-19 considerations:
Twice Weekly lateral flow tests,
Touch point cleaning 3 times a day

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £4.62-£6.56 per hour
