Helpdesk Coordinator

1Call Property Maintenance Ltd is a family-run business based in Aberdeen. We are a one-stop-shop for first-class property maintenance. We are a leading property maintenance company, covering North East of Scotland providing quality service and technical engineers to various sectors which include, retail, commercial, offices, leisure and Residential properties.

We are looking for a Helpdesk Coordinator to join our team with immediate effect. As the Helpdesk Coordinator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management/scheduling of the maintenance portfolio of varied client’s properties ensuring high levels of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with clients, tenants and staff and provide a first-class service.

  • Ensuring all customers and clients are updated.

  • Scheduling appointments and work.

  • Coordinate and manage all maintenance issues reported.

  • Raise purchase orders in system for materials.

  • Communicate with engineers and sub-contractors to ensure jobs are progressed through to completion.

  • Coordinate and liaise with sub-contractors obtaining quotes.

  • Manage and chase all outstanding works orders on a daily basis and update all parties and systems.

Skills\Experience required

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Good computer skills

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Position. Part-time or job share may be considered.

Salary: To be agreed. Aligned with national living wage and experience.

Schedule: 8 hour shift (full time position).
