Due to an increase in work and continued expansion, we are looking for experienced Multi-Trade Operatives / Void Operatives to join our dynamic team in Aberdeen.

Job background:

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a range of property maintenance, repairs and refurbishment works within void properties, helping to ensure homes are safe, clean and ready for new tenants. Duties may include basic joinery, painting and decorating, minor plumbing repairs, patch plastering, general repairs and making good following maintenance works. The ideal candidate will have experience across multiple trades, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship while maintaining health and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Full, clean UK driving licence is essential.
• Proven experience in property maintenance, void works or a multi-trade role.
• Practical skills across a range of maintenance trades.
• Ability to carry out repairs and refurbishment works to a high standard.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety procedures.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Self-disciplined individual with a positive attitude and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience working within social housing would be an advantage.
