Project Manager

We have now moved to our new headquarters in Blackburn (Aberdeenshire). This move alongside ongoing business expansion is opening up exciting opportunities for additional staff members.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to help manage clients' expectations and timescales.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Lead a multi-trade team
  • Look after key client accounts
  • Undertake scoping, site audits, surveys, quotations and tenders
  • Oversee work carried out, ensuring high-quality standards across projects are achieved
  • Have good construction or trade knowledge
  • Excellent communicator, strong team player and able to work with people across all levels
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work equally well using their own initiative and as part of a team
  • Energetic individual who enjoys a deadline environment
  • Immediate start is available.

This is a full-time position and in return, the company is offering a competitive salary package depending on experience, including the provision of a commercial vehicle.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £28,000.00-£35,000 per year (depending on experience)

Schedule: 8 hour shift / Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
